The Braswell Guest House in Barrio 3-80

It is our hope that God will use this guest home as a place of hospitality for visitors and mission groups to come and serve in Nicaragua. We can accommodate 15 people in individual beds, and more people on mattresses when needed. The guest home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a couple of large corridors and passage ways and a patio. It's a great place to pass a night or a week!

The pictures shown below were taken during the first few days of rental before the guest home was further equipped and made comfortable to receive visitors.

Cesar Lopez, his brother Benjamin, and their parents are also volunteers for Compassion To The Nations.

The home is great for receiving visitors and groups.

We thank God for blessing us with this home in Barrio 380.

There's a covered patio area that allows the breeze to pass.

There's a large covered patio area. This area could be converted for an additional room for visitors. At present, the children are enjoying a pool!

The home has good protection. We are working to install some blinds, curtains, or windows that can close for privacy.

The covered patio area is in an L Shape. It's huge!

The children have a couple of swings to enjoy.

There is room to park three vehicles.

The children have lots of room to play.

Barrio 380 has water every day; however, there also exists a large water tank for emergencies.

Until the electric washer arrives, this is the Nicaraguan way of washing clothes.
