This new website is a "work in progress" as it is currently under construction.
Please consider the
following questions:

- Do you want to see the course of life of a child change from destruction and death to hope and life?
- Do you believe that the Word of God holds the answers for everyone?
- Do you want to pray for the Nations?
- Do you have $12 USD or its equivalent in your currency to faithfully share with a child each month for as long as God provides?
Main areas of public ministry are as follows:
- Child Sponsorship: We primarily select children from Ciudad Sandino, Nicaragua who were previously not in any school. A donation of $12 USD makes it possible for 1 child to have all that is needed to attend a Christian school and to hear the Word of God each month. For the 2008-2009 academic year, we worked with 43 children in the program. For the 2009-2010 academic year, we are working with 70+ children in the program.
- Valiant Children's Club: We work primarily with the sponsored children each Saturday; however, we have hope to open this club to more children in the neighborhood as the club becomes more organized and developed. The goal here is to help teach and develop Christian character for these children through teaching, activities, and games.
- School of Hope: Currently, we are working to open a legally
registered school of hope in Ciudad Sandino in 2011 on the base of ministry
that we are purchasing. We had hoped to open the school in 2010, but there
are delays beyond our control. The plan is to work with primary students, and older
students who are too old to get acceptance into the regular schools. Many
children and youth need to learn the material for lower grades, but the
other schools do not accept them because they are older. We believe the
School of Hope will help to give a True Hope to these students and all
students who study on the base of ministry.
- Compassionate Acts of Kindness: This ministry takes place in Nicaragua; however, it is the primary way in which the Braswell Family can reach-out to the people in the United Arab Emirates. We are surrounded by countless people in the UAE who do not know the Lord and struggle for their basic needs. We have found that Compassionate Acts of Kindness such as distribution of meals or fruit for school cleaners and security, construction laborers, single men without families in the country, or others who gather in public areas in the evenings is a great way to minister to them. A simple "God Bless You" may be the only words given; however, these people know that we speak of the one and only true God. It is a blessing for us to see the surprise in their eyes and signs of thankfulness on their faces when they understand that someone desires to bless them. Indeed, we are blessed to be a blessing to others.
