The Jumeirah Beach Park occupies a long rectangular site with beach frontage of .68 km extending its length. The design is a series of six horizontal bands consisting of parking, an open lawn, a palm grove, a boardwalk, planted palms, and the beach itself. These pics were taken in 1989 when the park opened!
